Since I’m not a football fan we decided to let Daddy go enjoy the super bowl game with his friends while Tessa and I went to Disneyland. Auntie Madi decided to join us and get her annual pass again. Tessa was so excited to have her come along. On this trip we got to meet Mickey Mouse. Tessa wasn’t too sure about him. I think it was his big head and nose. She didn’t cry though.
Then we headed to Dumbo
After Dumbo we went to Storybook Canals. On the ride they took out the windmills and put in Arendelle (where Anna and Elsa live from Frozen). Tessa loved listening to the cast member talk about the villages and wanted to play with the cord to this microphone.
Tessa tried on some Minnie ears and then went on a few more rides before taking a nap.
After her nap we took a few pictures then headed for the carousel.
It’s official Tessa doesn’t really enjoy riding the carousel. Oh well.
Tessa has been eyeing a light up balloon since we first started coming to Disneyland. I’m not willing to pay that much for a balloon with a glow stick in it so instead Auntie Madi helped Tessa choose a light up wand. Tessa chose an Aurora one that has a spinning light up heart inside her dress and talks. She can push the button by herself which is nice too.
