Pumpkin Patch 2016

We decided to take a trip to the pumpkin patch this year since our trip to the apple farm was a bust last year. I found this farm called Greenspot Farm in Mentone from a Facebook friend. We decided to give it a try. The weather said it was supposed to be really warm but we had great weather and missed the rain.

As we were walking up to the farm their dog greeted us. It was so cute. He even joined our family picture. Which caused Tessa to be too distracted to smile.

Our first stop was to check out the animals while we waited for the tractor ride to come back. Tessa loves animals! Papa showed her the chickens. And she showed Landon the bunnies. Daddy held her so she could see the horses.

Then we rode the tractor. Getting a family picture is getting difficult.

Then Tessa met the pony named Brownie and even petted him

Tessa rode a horse named Cowboy. It was her first time on a horse and she did great! He walked really fast I almost missed the video. Towards the end of her ride he shook which scared her and made her cry. Overall I was proud of how brave she was to even get on him.

Next was the haze maze. Landon was getting tired so I rocked him in the carrier while Daddy, Gigi, and Papa took Tessa through the maze. Tessa loved it and told Gigi it was “incredible”.

Next we checked out the pumpkin patch. It was nice to see pumpkins actually growing on the vines.

We all rode the train

Took family pictures (Tessa is at the age where she doesn’t want to look at the camera and smile)

Lastly, Tessa got to jump in the bouncer
