We have started the beginning stages of potty training. By that I mean I ask Tessa if she want to sit on the potty after I change her diaper or when I have to use the restroom. She hasn’t realized when she has to pee yet so I figured this is a good place to start. This morning after I took off her night tone diaper I asked if she wanted to sit on the potty and she said yes. So we sat and sat and sat. We read her potty book a few times as well. In desperation I decided to run the faucet for a few seconds to see if that would make her pee. Sure enough when she stood up pee was in the potty! We made a huge deal over it and she got a candy corn.
