We are working on limiting Tessa to only having her binky/Cindy during naps/bedtime. Today I asked her what was on her binky when she was tossing it into the crib. She took it out of her mouth and clear as day said “a crescent moon and star”. I was shocked! She learned about the crescent shape in her Valentine’s Day book but I was surprised she remembered and then applied what she had learned. This situation reminded me that she is a little sponge and I need to teach her as much as I can.
