This morning we took the kids to get their first dose of the Covid vaccine. With back to school starting and our cruise in November I knew it was time. Landon cried when I told him this morning he had to get a shot even though the doctor said the next set of shots isn’t […]

Symphony of the Seas-Roatan, Honduras
Our first stop on our Caribbean cruise was Roatan, Honduras. Tessa looked out from the balcony and said “lets stay on the ship and go back to the water park”. So that’s what we did! Since most people leave the ship to explore the port we had most of the water park to ourselves. Living […]
See MoreToday I told the kids it was Michael’s birthday. Landon immediately said “chocolate cake!” and Tessa said “we have to sing him happy birthday!”. That prompted us to head to the grocery store and get him a cake to surprise him at work. He started working for Papa which meant a trip to the yard. The kids chose an orange cake with red and yellow writing on it. They were so excited to surprise him! http://youtu.be/8PVhcoR_Qw0

See MoreSwim Lessons Day 4
Today is our last day of swim lessons for this week. Tessa decided today was the day she would go under water on her own! She has been watching the older girl in her class do it all week. Everyday Tessa would go farther and farther but never completely under until today! I’m so proud […]

See MoreGigi…Where are you?

I’m in shock that in just 4 months Tessa will be 2! It seems like this year is just flying by. This month has been crazy with us moving into a new house and selling the condo. Tessa has done great with the transition and loves living closer to family. She loves that Gigi, Papa, […]
See MoreUsing a fork
Tessa is getting pretty good at using her silverware. She has been especially excited to use them lately since I found her a Doc McStuffins fork and spoon on clearance at Target. Today for lunch she was picking up mandarin oranges with her fork while I was making her a quesadilla.

See MoreDaddy’s Last Day of School
Today we went to visit Daddy at work since it was his last day of school. Tessa and I are very lucky that James works so hard so we can spend our days at home together. Tessa had fun walking the halls and seeing all Daddy’s students. She then went to visit Daddy’s […]
